                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR 
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES TO 
                   ENTER INTO AND EXECUTE A LEASE EXTENSION 
                   AGREEMENT WITH MEMORIAL HOSPITAL, SO AS TO 
                   EXTEND THE TERMS OF THE LEASE AGREEMENT FOR 
                   AN ADDITIONAL TWO (2) YEARS COMMENCING ON 
                   SEPTEMBER 1, 1994, AND TERMINATING AUGUST 
                   31, 1996.
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department 
       of General Services be and is hereby authorized to enter into and 
       execute a lease extension agreement with Memorial Hospital so as 
       to extend the terms of the lease agreement for an additional two 
       (2) years commencing on September 1, 1994, and terminating August 
       31, 1996.
